At Caterkids Hawaii, we want you to love your purchase, but if an item isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Honolulu team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
